  • “Awesome owner and staff. Very friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Clean facility and beautiful camping area and pool area… All around clean and will definitely be returning….thank you Laurie for taking us in last minute on Fathers Day weekend after we went to hideaway lakes and we refused to stay there… You could have turned us away because of the short notice but you didn’t and found us a site…. Thank you again….”

  • “We are seasonals at this campground. Word of advice: If you’re looking for a camping exeprience where you can be obnoxious and loud all night with no repercussions, there’s plenty of campgrounds to do that around the area. If you’re looking for a safe, family oriented place to relax and enjoy, then Mallard Bend is probably more your pace. I find that people who don’t get along with Mike, are often the same ones that cause an issue with others (either seasonal or weekender) and dont follow the very few simple rules the campground has. There is set quiet times, even times that seasonal residents are not allowed down by the camp sites with our golf carts, all in an effort to keep things copacetic and SAFE! There are also rules to the amount of people who can be on your campsite so the resources can keep up with the demand. Bottom line: if you’re respectful of the campground, those running it (and those staying there) will be respectful of you.”
